The City of Upland employs a range of professional and clerical staff to keep the Upland Public Library running smoothly:

    • Professional Librarians with graduate degrees in library and information science (MLS or MLIS).
    • Library Assistants, Library Clerks, and Library Technicians (specially trained staff in customer service, research, technical processing, and/or other automated library services)
    • Library Aides (hourly wage workers to shelve library materials and keep them in proper order)
