Upland Public Library now has a Virtual Book Club!

Readers will comment “live”on Facebook and Twitter only. Just read any book you want, then submit a brief review of it on Facebook—or challenge yourself to create a 140 character review on Twitter. Be sure to use the hashtag #upl12 on both Facebook and Twitter so we can track your progress.
Readers who have completed a dozen books by 12/12/12 will win a prize!

TumbleBooks Launches FaceBook App!

TumbleBooks is really excited to announce the launch of the very first ebook reader for the FaceBook environment.

TumbleBook Library is an online collection of animated, talking picture books, which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are now available from our web site! Help your child enjoy a lifetime of reading.

The Upland Public Library thanks the Price Foundation for its generous donation, in honor of its retiring Board members Judge Ellen E. Brodie and Mr. David Brodie. The donation of $10,000 will support and enhance the adult nonfiction collection.
