On 04/13/10 the female below deposited a counterfeit check ($2,360.40) into a Wells Fargo account in the name of Alejandro Dalesandro at the Wells Fargo branch in Upland.

On 04/21/10 the male below deposits an identical counterfeit check ($1,950.00) into the account at the Wells Fargo branch in Woodland Hills.

On 04/22/10 the male below withdrawals ($1,800.00) from the account at the Wells Fargo branch in Canoga Park.

The accounts were opened using a Mexico passport as identification.

Summary: On 5/16/10 a report was taken from a residence in Upland. At the time of the theft, the vehicle contained a credit card belonging to the Victim. The card was later found to have been used fraudulently on 5/16/10 at 1226 hrs at a business within the City of Upland. The photos depict the subject (baseball cap/mustache) who had fraudulently used the credit card. Further investigation indicates that the subject may frequent the 900 blk of N. 5th Ave Upland.

On 6/30/10 at about 1215 hrs. the below subject entered a buisiness in Upland where he attempted to complete a purchase using counterfeit U.S. Currency. The subject fled while employees were attempting to determine the authenticity of the notes.

The subject is described as a black male adult about 25 years old, 5'8" tall, 190 lbs, with tatoos on his arms and neck. Wearing a tan baseball cap, brown shirt, and dark jeans.

Suspect Arrested

On 9/15/10 the below Suspect (Michael Bailey) went to a business in Upland where he removed property (Laptop Computer) from a display and concealed it in a shopping cart. Upon reaching the checkout counter, he removed the laptop from the shopping cart and left the store without paying for the merchandise.

He has been identified as Michael Wade Bailey and is known to frequent the 1400 blk of W 7th St in Upland.

Suspect Identified

The subject depicted in the photo and attached PDF flier is believed to have stolen a bank debit card (with PIN). The card was then used to remove funds from the Victim's bank account, and conduct fraudulent purchases from businesses in Upland.

The subject depicted on the below attached PDF conducted numerous purchases at a business in Upland using a counterfeit credit card. The same card was fraudulently used in Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga on the same date.

On 12/4/2010 the Subject depicted in the attached flyer passed two counterfiet checks at businesses in Upland, and a third at a business in Chino Hills.

On 2/25/2011 and 2/25/2011 the Subjects depicted in the attached PDF conducted six fraudulent purchases at two businesses in Upland using a counterfeit credit card. Additional charges were conducted at businesses outside Upland. The Subjects are believed to be driving a gray Audi  A4 as seen in the photo.
