The City of Upland’s waste disposal needs are served through Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. In our commitment to maintaining our State mandated 50% landfill diversion goal, recycling is an integral part of our waste management practices. We ask that it become a part of your disposal practices as well. Place all recyclable matter in the recycling containers provided.

  • Residential curbside or alley collection of refuse, green waste and commingled recyclables is fully automated via barrels.
  • Commercial refuse and free recycling bin service is available to businesses and large dwelling complexes.

    • Don’t forget to order your free recycling bin to offset your refuse disposal costs
