Due to the COVID-19 Outbreak, the Upland Library is Temporarily Closed
In response to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Upland Public Library is temporarily closed. During the closure, all regularly scheduled events and programs are cancelled. The Friends of the Upland Library Bookstore is closed as well.

Digital cards can be exchanged for physical cards when we reopen.
During this time, we are still available to provide information. From 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, library staff is available to answer any questions that you may have. To contact us directly with your questions, please email or message us on our social media pages.

During the closure, due dates for borrowed materials are automatically extended, no late fines are assessed. Our bookdrops are currently closed. The holds queue for materials is paused and patrons will be able to pick up material when we open.
